Business Formation and Filing Assistance

Upon a client’s request and authorization, Back Office Desk LLC may assist with preparing and submitting business formation filings and related government filings on the client’s behalf.

Depending on the filing, Back Office Desk may submit information through an applicable government website or use a third-party business formation or filing service.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for reviewing and approving filing information where applicable.

Back Office Desk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Clients should consult legal counsel when legal advice is needed regarding entity selection, ownership arrangements, governing documents, contractual matters, or other legal issues.

EIN Application Assistance

Upon a client’s request and authorization, Back Office Desk may assist with completing and submitting an Employer Identification Number (EIN) application to the Internal Revenue Service.

Where permitted and appropriately authorized, Back Office Desk may act as a third-party designee in connection with completion of the EIN application.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided for the application.

The Internal Revenue Service controls EIN issuance and processing. Back Office Desk does not guarantee approval, issuance, or a particular processing time.
